Process Integration Manager

  1. Qantas Airways Limited
Posted date: 27 January 2026

Job Description

  • Shape the future of Workforce Planning at Qantas by setting the standard for process excellence across a critical operational function — influencing how thousands of people experience systems, workflows and decision‑making every day.
  • Drive high‑visibility transformation where your expertise will elevate capability, enhance governance and enable smarter, simpler and more consistent ways of working across a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Be a key voice in transformation, partnering with leaders across the business to embed better practices, uplift capability and help build the future operating model of Workforce Planning at Qantas.

At Qantas, we understand our priorities and what needs to be delivered, taking the initiative to keep things moving. Navigating through our complex work environment, we bring teams and individuals together to deliver on our customers’ expectations.

Taking ownership is critical. Whether we’re working individually or as a group, we challenge ourselves to make progress and deliver results. We won’t settle for anything less than the best outcome.

As the Process Intergration Manager you will play a key role in shaping how Workforce Planning operates by designing, documenting and improving the processes that keep our business running safely and efficiently. You’ll bring clarity to complex workflows, create consistency across teams, and ensure our processes and procedures reflect the standards, rules and requirements that underpin our operation.

Working closely with planning teams, supervisors and operational leaders, you’ll take the time to understand how work happens today and identify practical opportunities to make it smoother, simpler and more effective. You’ll support teams through change, build confidence in new ways of working, and help uplift process knowledge across a diverse workforce. Whether you’re mapping end‑to‑end processes, guiding teams through updates, or maintaining our central process library, you’ll be at the heart of how we improve and evolve.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in process design, mapping and improvement, ideally using Holocentric or similar modelling tools.
  • A strong understanding of operational workflows, rules, and compliance requirements within large or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting system or process changes end‑to‑end — from gathering requirements to testing, preparing for go‑live and embedding new ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical steps for non‑technical teams.
  • Confidence in coaching and uplifting others, particularly supervisors and planning teams who may be less familiar with process mapping or systems thinking.
  • A proactive, improvement‑driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation discipline, and deliver work to agreed timelines.
  • A collaborative working style, grounded in curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping teams operate more effectively.

Why the Qantas Group?

You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged. Our people come together to allow us to dream big and deliver successfully.

There are many different opportunities across our team, which means you’ll be able to grow both personally and professionally at the Qantas Group. Your development is a priority for us – so that you can maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect and can continue to develop over time. You’ll be supported from day 1 with on the job training and coaching as well as our formal training opportunities. While you may start in this role, we’ve got a great track record of supporting our people to take their career in so many different directions, the destinations are endless.

The Qantas employee benefits program offers amazing benefits that extend well beyond travel.

  • We have flexible leave options: Make use of leave and flexible working opportunities including 18 weeks paid parental leave (plus superannuation payments on all paid and unpaid parental leave until your child turns 1) and additional purchased leave options for eligible employees.
  • We’ll give you access to thousands of rewards: Through our partnerships we can offer you discounts across shopping, food and wine, insurance, health and wellbeing, leisure and entertainment. You can also take advantage of our salary packaging program including motor vehicles, eligible portable electronic devices and professional memberships.
  • We’ll support your wellbeing: Whether it’s learning to better support your own and others’ mental health, our interactive wellbeing app or your very own tailored nutrition plan.
  • We love to travel: Enjoy heavily discounted air travel within Australia and across the globe, both for you and your family and friends, as well as exclusive deals on accommodation and holidays.

Qantas are equal opportunity employers, so by coming to work for us, you’ll be part of an organisation that encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiatives. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and people of all backgrounds to apply.
