Aircraft Support Trades
Be a part of the team tasked with maintaining the performance of an array of engine and aircraft components, including fuel, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics. The workforce consists of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Aircraft Mechanics, and a range of specialist skills such as Painters, Trimmers, Fitters, and Turners.
Professional Engineers
Use your expertise in Avionics, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Structural, or Power Plant fields to provide safe, cost-effective, high-quality engineering solutions. Experience in project management, data science and aircraft operational support are all platforms for a dynamic and successful career as a Professional Engineer.

Check criteria
Before you apply, make sure you check that you meet the minimum criteria for our role requirements.

Assessment day
This applies only to Engineering Apprenticeships and specific roles such as Aircraft Worker. If you meet the initial requirements, you may be invited to an assessment day. The day often includes group activities, role-play scenarios, and individual interviews, giving you the chance to demonstrate your technical experience, as well as your ability to work in a team, and communicate effectively.
Screening
Our Talent Acquisition team will screen all applications to ensure they meet the initial job requirements, and shortlisted candidates will move on to the next stage of the process.
Technical assessment
Depending on the role you’re applying for, you may need to undergo technical assessments. This can include written tests, technical interviews, or practical evaluations to make sure your engineering knowledge and skills meet the requirements we’re looking for.
Behavioural interviews
If you’re successful, we may invite you to one or more interviews, which may include panel interviews with engineering managers and other relevant stakeholders. If you receive an invitation, it’s best to come prepared so we can discuss your engineering experience, problem-solving abilities, and your motivation for the role.
Pre-Employment checks
Before we make an offer, successful candidates will need to complete various checks, including reference checks, a background check, criminal and security clearances, and a medical examination.
Offer of employment
