With stewardship of a significant operating budget, you’ll drive financial performance, cultural uplift and operational improvement, while developing future leadership capability across the organisation. Your work will enable sustained improvements in customer experience, engagement, and safety outcomes, ensuring the Domestic Cabin Crew operation continues to deliver at the highest standard.

You’ll have -

  • Over 15 years’ experience in large‑scale operational leadership within complex, multi‑site environments, ideally in aviation or highly regulated industries.
  • A proven track record in leading large teams and driving cultural, operational and performance outcomes across diverse and industrialised workforces.
  • Deep expertise in industrial relations, including developing and delivering EBA strategies, navigating complex IR landscapes, and implementing labour models that enhance flexibility and cost performance.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping and executing long‑term operational, customer and workforce strategies, with the ability to drive transformation across multiple business units.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing substantial budgets and delivering meaningful improvements in cost, safety, service and productivity.
  • A sophisticated understanding of safety, risk and regulatory compliance, with experience partnering with regulators and embedding safety‑led practices within large operational teams.
  • Highly developed leadership and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to build capability, develop senior leaders and align cross‑functional teams behind strategic goals.
  • Exceptional communication, judgement and resilience, with a demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, guide change, and maintain performance in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.
