Manager Engineering Support Systems

• Full time 2-year fixed term contract based in Perth

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Manager Engineering Support Systems, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems that support the Network Aviation Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation and its stakeholders. You’ll oversee the receipting, tracking and distribution of Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness, ensuring engineering systems and documentation are consistently available to internal teams and external providers to meet regulatory requirements. You will manage a team of three, guiding and supporting the Engineering Support Systems function to drive efficient processes and high‑quality outcomes across the business.
Please note this is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract

You’ll have -

• 10 years’ experience in Aircraft Engineering and maintenance
• 5 years’ experience within a leadership position
• Aviation Trade, LAME qualification or Professional Engineer coupled with tertiary qualifications in Aviation/Engineering/Management desirable
• Experience managing service providers, SLA’s and contracts
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement
• Detailed understanding of CASR Part 42 regulations, MOS and the NAA CAMO Exposition
• Sound knowledge of business management, business analysis and review techniques desirable
