Job Description

We are excited to announce a very rare and exciting opportunity within our training department at Jetconnect. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to our safety-centric ethos by conducting Aviation Safety Training, Aviation Medical, Security Training, and other essential theoretical and practical instruction for aircrew. 

We are seeking individuals who possess the ability to determine theoretical and practical assessment  competencies of our crew, effectively manage responsibilities with attention to detail, and communicate proficiently with a remote workforce. This is a full-time permanent ground based role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering comprehensive training sessions, examinations, and assessments for aircrew. 
  • Developing and updating training materials to align with company and regulatory requirements. 
  • Ensuring meticulous completion and filing of all training-related documentation. 
  • Representing Flight Training to provide services to external clients while adhering to established policies and procedures. 
  • Upholding safety leadership within the organiszation by adhering to Group Management Systems and Policy. 

To be successful, you’ll have: 

  • 2 years of aviation experience. 
  • Valid First Aid Certificate or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency in emergency procedures, manual handling, aviation security and medical procedures. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. 
  • Physical fitness and flexibility to work unsupervised and in shifts. 
  • Previous training experience preferred
