Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Airbus Fleet Administrator you will be primarily responsible and accountable for the management and review of all administrative and planning functions for the Network Aviation A320 fleet in consultation with the Fleet Manager Airbus. This includes the oversight of key responsibilities of the business in line with the applicable contractual agreement with key suppliers supporting the fleet, ensuring that the processes and procedures relating to the continuing airworthiness management of the fleet, or maintenance performed, is compliant with the applicable regulations and business policy.

This is great opportunity for you to drive continuous improvement opportunities within the CAMO, as well as working to identify areas for alignment across business units.

You’ll have –

  • Experience in continuous airworthiness or aviation is advantageous but not essential
  • Previous administration experience in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on maintaining compliance and up‑to‑date documentation
  • An interest in operational performance and data accuracy, with the ability to support fleet reliability activities and interpret engineering or operational information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, forward‑thinking, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to drive and improve processes within a multi‑functional environment
  • High level of integrity, commitment, and a strong internal drive for quality outcomes
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and previous experience with TRAX would be advantageous
